Directions for this page: When you are ready to place a deposit on one of our doodle puppies
fill this short application out. After you have finished this then click on the link below to submit
form to our email. Once your application is approved we will send you our address or fax
number to send the contract. You should hear from us within 48 hours if you do not then send us
an email letting us know you have sent the application in.
1. Do you have a fenced yard? If not then how do you plan to exercise your doodle?
2. Why do you want a Labradoodle?
3. Are you prepared for the work involved in owning a dog?
4. How many hours a day will the puppy be left home alone?
5. Do you understand the vet cost involved with owning a dog?
6. If you are buying this doodle as a family or couple does everyone in the family want the dog?
7. Does anyone in your family have allergies?
8. Do you want a male or female?
9. Which litter are you placing your deposit on?

We just ask that you be honest in answering these questions. We will not refuse you a puppy
just because you don't have a yard. Any answer we are concerned about we will talk to you
about. In 5 years we have only refused 2 people from getting one of our puppies. After you
