All puppies will be sold as Pet quality. It is understood that the puppy will be spayed/neutered
and NOT to be used for breeding. Puppy is to be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age. This
dog is to be a companion pet only.
All fees, including sale price, shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are payable prior to
the shipment or pick up of the animal.
The parties agree as follows:
1. That the purchaser has paid a non-refundable deposit of $200.00, to the litter owner, by
check #_______, money order, cashiers check or cash. (Checks to be made payable to
Katherine Trim or Teresa Howard.).
2. That litter owner will release the puppy no earlier than 8 weeks from the date of birth. If the
puppy is to be shipped, the balance of purchase price plus any shipping and handing charge will
be due in the form of a cashier*s check, or money order prior to release. If puppy is being
picked up, the balance of the purchase price will be due at pick up in the form of a cashiers
check, money order or cash. (No personal check accepted).
3. The purchaser will not receive a deposit refund if they cancel this agreement for any reason.
4. A health certificate indicating a veterinary inspection will be provided to the purchaser
indicating all vaccination and deworming medications administered to the animal and shall state
that the animal has been examined by a Florida licensed veterinarian who certifies that to the
best of his knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the veterinary
inspection. The purchaser should have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 2
weeks of delivery.
If for any reason at any time you cannot keep this animal, you will return it to the breeder and we
will find a new home for it. Under no circumstances will this dog be surrendered to an
animal shelter or rescue without contacting the breeder.
I (we) the purchaser(s) of this puppy have read all the terms and conditions this contract and
agree to all its terms.
