Things you  should ask yourself before
committing to a doodle.

Is personality more important than the color of the doodle?

Do I know the difference between males and females?

Can my house fit the size doodle I am interested in?

Am I ready for the puppy stage?

Can I afford the yearly vet care for my new doodle?

Am I ready to spend time training my doodle?
Are females better than males? No. Each doodle is different and right for your
family for other reasons than just being a boy or a girl. It is best if you can interact with them
before choosing. Males tend to be great for families with kids. Females tend to be better for
couples or singles. Keep in mind though that its
not always that way. Labradoodles are a
wonderful breed their personality is outstanding.
Color or sex of the doodle does not matter if
you are making an informed decision
. Here is a link to a site that can help with your decision.

Do doodles change color? Yes they do. Poodles lighten with age and Labs
darken. So you can never be fully positive about their final color. I have had a dark apricot lighten
to a light cream color by 1 year old and also have had a light cream darken and get apricot
highlights.

What size are our Labradoodles and Goldendoodles?
Mini/Medium is 35-50lbs they are not tiny just smaller than the big ones. Standard size is our
most common. They are 65 - 90lbs

What types of hair do they have? Scruffy is strait coarse hair with a little
fluffy hair all around. Fluffy hair is strait mostly soft and long. Wavy is the same as fluffy but with
a wave to it. Fleece/Curly is almost like a poodle just with a slight less curl. Kind of like a loose
perm.

Can a large dog be an apartment dog? Yes they can but you must
exercise them. They love walks and trips out and about.

Will a Labradoodle or Goldendoodle be good with a baby
or small child?
Yes they will. They are raised around them. Training is always going to make it easier on both.
They must learn not to jump up on the child. Labradoodles have a gentle and loving personality
you just have to keep up the training. Its not hard at all to properly train them. They are one of the
smartest breeds.

Are Labradoodles or Goldendoodles hyper? Usually no but it also
depends on how they are raised. We use English Labs and Goldens for their calm temperament
so that does make a big difference. Also it takes any dog at least 18 months to get over the
puppy phase. Training is the greatest gift you can give any dog.

Are Doodles really allergy friendly? Yes and No. For the most part
Doodles are great for allergy sufferers. In very severe cases they may not be the best thing to
get. We usually go by this guideline when helping you find the doodle for your family. Light to
moderate allergies would do fine with F1 or F1B. Severe to Very severe allergies or asthma
would do better with F1B. There are exceptions to this so its best if you call and explain your
families allergies with us so we can help guide you in the right direction. We also highly
recommend you interact with our doodles to make sure they wont interfere with your allergies.

Can my Doodle become a service dog? Yes. With proper training and
guidance. Not every doodle is meant to be a service dog but if this is what you are wanting we
can certainly try and help you pick the best puppy for that. It also takes a lot of dedication from
you and lots of training so make sure you stick with it from day one of bringing your puppy home.
